- Pinpoint search's vs. Resume Overload: Since we are work order centric, we would like at least 48 to 72 hours to conduct a complete and thorough search for the one or two candidates that fit the requirements. We will not send you unqualified resumes that are superficially screened hoping one might fit the client's needs.
- Client/Partnership: To further hone our searches and candidate screening, TSS will utilize the client's feedback to ensure we refer the most qualified consultant available in the marketplace.
